Assignment 15A – Evaluating How Your Customers Evaluate Stuff
Assignment 15A – Evaluating How Your Customers Evaluate Stuff Interview 1 – Senior Female I interviewed my roommate, a female senior at the University of Florida. To her, when making any purchase, she first cares most about price followed by quality. She does not mind paying a higher price for higher quality. She prefers to go to a store to try out an item before actually purchasing it. In the case of my idea, she is happy with the low price of the rental and quality of the brand name charger. Hey Jamie! I think you definitely have something going here. Nowadays, it is paramount to always have you electronics fully charged at all time. I know that my little sister actually walks around with about 4 extra charged batteries because she cannot survive even one second without her laptop or phone. Great way to take advantage of something that doesn’t seem to be going away anytime soon!
ReplyDeleteGreat elevator pitch! You did a great job summarizing this problem that students face as well as outlining what your solution would look like. The convenience and affordability of this service are really important to customers, and you emphasized this well in the video. I think customers will respond well to the app that tracks the time that the charger was used for.
ReplyDeleteHey Jamie!
ReplyDeleteI thought your elevator pitch was awesome as you hit all the points of your opportunity and you were very well spoken which is always nice. I think that your product will do very well as it is quite cheap and easily accessible which is everyone's favorite combination. I would for sure support this if I was a potential investor.
Great Post!
Hey Jamie, I like that you were straight to the point. I struggled in mine because I just went to what came to mind. That made me go over time. You also seemed calm during this, once I knew the camera was recording it was tough to stay calm. I like how you addressed the solution and how it would be implemented.
